Stella
Stella has been in retail for 27 years and loves to fulfill client needs. She won an award for best customer service from a secret shopper when she worked at Washington Square Mall. In 2008 she started at rumi simone spa as a Concierge and moved her way up to managing the spa and then became manager of the boutique, she was there until January of 2023. Stella has left impressions on a lot of people with her professionalism, kindness, and personality. She has a smile that will light up the room. Stella enjoys spending time with her sister, niece, nephews and in- laws. Most of all she loves her two cats who she refers to as her sons.
Morgan Walsh
Morgan has been doing hair and styling for 20 years. She graduated from Cosmetology Careers Unlimited and apprenticeship in 2004 at Rumi Simone Salon and Spa. She's teamed up with L’Oreal and became a color educator. She was a Balayage educator and artist and started her own Balayage course!
Honing her craft more at Studio Milano she became a RAW Artist and stepped intorunway hair with the Trio Club. Not only did her work make its runway debut representing herself, Morgan worked backstage with Omsi Fashion Meets Film!
Morgan found a home working in fashion when she met Designer Nelson and got to participate in her first Vancouver, Washington fashion show, Couve Couture. With Desi Designs, Morgan worked for Portland Fashion Week, was lead hair director for three years of Paint the Runway Purple. In 2018, Morgan took California by showcasing in RAW Orange County in the Desi Design Denim Collecting.
Morgan continues to find passion in all the outlets which she gets to explore her career! She will continue to offer education as well as high end in salon and bridal services. You can also keep an eye out for more of Morgan’s work on the runways!
Karissa Nitsche
Karissa Nitsche has been a stylist since 2016 and graduated from Aveda institute of cosmetology from there she fell in love with balayage and lived in color. She is a wig and extension lover, as she has been wearing wigs and extensions since she was 18 years old. She specializes in extensions, brunette balayage, blonding, textured haircuts and long haircuts. When Karissa isn’t behind the chair she takes joy in spending time with her dog Luna at the beach, she travels in the winter to keep away from the clouds, during the summer she likes to go to the river to bask in the sun, she is a wine lover which may lead to her being a serious Karaoke-er, and takes delight in people and making them laugh.
Erin Wesolowski
Erin Wesolowski is a detail oriented and perfection minded master stylist of over 18 years. She grew up and began her career in Southern California where she simultaneously graduated from Biola University with a BA in Business Management. Erin has a passion working in dimensional color and vast color experience training with L’Oreal, Redken, Aveda, Enjoy, Goldwell and others. Her hair cutting training has come from training through Toni & Guy, Aveda, and Vidal Sassoon which has her reputation for impressing in both precision and textured hair cutting. She is proud to have her work featured in VHI, Good Morning Oregon, and various fashion and hair shows. Most of all though, she is incredibly grateful for her renowned, intimate work with over 100 weddings and countless special events.
Outside of the salon Erin loves spending time with her husband and young daughters going anywhere outdoors, teaching young women empowerment, and baking; all with the same precision she applies to her hair artistry.
Lindsay Wolf
With over sixteen years experience, Lindsay Wolf is an established and in-demand presence in the world of beauty and fashion. She is best known for her high contrast color work, precision haircutting and her keen eye for wardrobe styling. Lindsay is a behindthechair.com Oneshot Winner and 13x Nominee for her hair creations in pastel, vibrant, unconventional and platinum categories. Her work has been featured in publications such as Allure, InStyle, Modern Salon and Beauty Launchpad.
Lindsay has keyed shows at New York Fashion Week, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and worked on countless fashion campaigns throughout her career. She believes in the transformative power of beauty and fashion, and makes it her goal to deliver a renewed sense of self and individuality for each and every client. Lindsay's passion for her craft speaks volumes and continues to make her a sought after professional in her field.
Shira Allen
Shira Allen graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2009 and has 14 years of experience in Eyelash extensions, Lash lifts and tints, Full body waxing, Eyebrow tinting and Eyebrow lamination. Shira enjoys using her knowledge to create exactly what her clients are envisioning. Shira continues to do training and stay educated on the newest lash and brow trends. In her spare time she loves to travel, paint, and spend time with her dog and cat.
Dani Hart
Dani’s passion for hair has continued on for over 20 years. She first began her career in California when she apprenticed for Atelier Aveda Salon. From precision cutting to custom colors, Dani loves working with all hair types, customized to each individual that sits in her chair.
Dani earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from The San Jose State University and has been building her career and family in Oregon for ten years now. In her free time she loves spending time outside with her family and pup, Kona. From camping, fishing, hiking and every adventure in between.
Beth Conlin
Beth Conlin is a master of all things balayage, blonding, and extensions. Beth began her career as a stylist her junior year of high school in Northern Utah and has never looked back. She's extremely passionate about her craft and is always on the lookout for the newest trends to bring to her clients. She's detail oriented and strives to bring everyone who sits on her chair a customized, luxury experience so they leave feeling more confident than when they walked in. When Beth isn't working, she is most likely traveling to her bucket list locations, spending time with her cute little dog, Poppy, and spending time with friends and family.
